After 22 years of yo-yo dieting, crying in dressing rooms and binge eating until I felt sick, I took management of my health and am now down 70 pounds by way of good food choices and exercise. I’ve discovered a love for being in a health club and fitness studio and am so thankful to be surrounded by motivated and pushed women that maintain me dedicated each day!
