Inspired by friends, she set her sights on climbing the tallest peak in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro. A member of the Center since its opening, she already was physically fit, but wanted additional training. For two years, she worked with Personal Trainer Lou and tackled all features of health, together with endurance, cardio, and power coaching. Thanks to this dedicated coaching, she had the energy and endurance wanted for the 11 days on Mt. Kilimanjaro.
