Wellness Vs. Fitness
After 22 years of yo-yo dieting, crying in dressing rooms and binge eating until I felt sick, I took control of my well being and am now down 70 pounds via good meals selections and train. I’ve found a love for being in a fitness center and health studio and am so grateful to be surrounded by motivated and pushed women that hold me dedicated each day! Helping ladies understand their very own energy (and construct the muscle tissue that come together with it) has made such a constructive influence in my own life.
